新型稳流保温节能技术在300kA铝电解槽系列中的应用

摘要 本论文介绍了新型稳流节能技术在兆丰电解铝300kA系列上的应用及效果。全文通过新技术设计、新材料把关、新工艺优化及现场指导,使得新型稳流槽在后期管理期建立了高温规整的炉膛内形,正常期工作电压较原设计槽降低118mV,电流效率提高0.12%,直流电耗降低456kW·h/t,节电效果显著。在项目实施期间,项目团队提出并实施多项合理化建议,提高了电解槽焙烧启动效率,节省了原材物料消耗,减轻现场作业劳动量,该成套技术适应性强具有很好的推广价值。 This paper introduces the application and effect of the new type of steady current and energy saving technology in Zhaofeng electrolytic aluminum 300kA series.By means of new technology design,new material control,new process optimization and on-site guidance,the new stable current groove has established a high-temperature regular furnace inner shape in the late management period,and the normal operating voltage is reduced by 118mV compared with the original design groove,the current efficiency is increased by 0.12%,and the DC power consumption is reduced by 456kW·h/t,and the power saving effect is remarkable.During the implementation of the project,the project team put forward and implemented a number of rationalization proposals,which improved the start-up efficiency of the electrolytic cell roasting,saved the consumption of raw materials,and reduced the amount of work on site.The complete set of technology has strong adaptability and good promotion value.
