自动化技术在露天金属矿山的应用实践

Application practice of automation technology in open-pit metal mines

随着我国科技的不断进步,信息化技术在矿山生产中得到广泛应用,为提高露天矿山生产效率和智能化水平提供了基础保障。露天矿山自动化技术是近年来在我国兴起的一种全新的矿山开采方式,主要是通过对设备和信息资源进行整合、处理和应用,以实现露天矿山生产效率和智能化水平的提升。本文在对我国露天矿山自动化技术发展现状进行分析的基础上,从GPS卡车智能调度系统、配电室无人值守、皮带输送机无人值守、研磨自动化系统、浮选过程自动控制系统方面探讨了自动化技术在露天矿山中的应用实践,以期为我国露天矿山自动化技术应用提供有益借鉴。

With the continuous progress of science and technology in our country,information technology has been widely applied in mining production,providing a basic guarantee for improving the production efficiency and intelligence level of open-pit mines.The automation technology of open-pit mines is a new mining method that has emerged in China in recent years.It mainly integrates,processes,and applies equipment and information resources to improve the production efficiency and intelligence level of open-pit mines.On the basis of analyzing the current development status of automation technology in open-pit mines in China,this article explores the application practice of automation technology in open-pit mines from the aspects of GPS truck intelligent dispatch system,unmanned distribution room,unmanned belt conveyor,grinding automation system,and flotation process automatic control system,in order to provide useful reference for the application of automation technology in open-pit mines in China.
