The supporting equipment for aluminum electrolysis mainly includes electrolytic cells,DC busbars,multifunctional units,anode transfer frames,and process vehicles.The electrolytic cell is a key equipment in the production of electrolytic aluminum,and it is also the heart of electrolytic aluminum production.In the entire production process of an aluminum electrolysis plant,the electrolytic cell is the main component.The capacity of an electrolytic cell varies,and its voltage level,current distribution,and operating conditions also vary.Therefore,timely maintenance is necessary.This article analyzes common operational faults of supporting equipment for electrolytic aluminum and proposes some preventive measures.
