摘要
以深锥浓密机和充填工业泵为核心设备的泵送充填系统投资普遍高达3000万元以上,且仅能将尾矿浓缩至高浓度状态用于井下充填,无法实现尾矿的全部资源化利用。通过在柿树底金矿建成全尾砂全脱水似膏体自流充填系统,系统总投资1200万元,且全脱水后的尾砂含水率低于18%,可直接资源化利用,为国内广大中小型矿山尾矿全脱水及充填系统建设提供了借鉴。
The pumping and filling system with deep cone thickener and filling industrial pump as the core equipment generally has an investment of more than 30 million yuan,and the tailings can only be concentrated to a high concentration state for underground filling,and can not realize the full resource utilization of tailings.The total investment of the system is 12 million yuan,and the moisture content of the fully dehydrated tailings is less than 18%,which can be directly utilized as resources.It provides a reference for the construction of the full dewatering and filling system of tailings in domestic small and medium-sized mines.
