高效细粒锡石捕收剂YK-Sn试验研究

摘要 针对云南华联锌铟含锡多金属硫化矿锡石浮选作业捕收剂使用YT-1:Sn-705=4:1的组合捕收剂,存在成本高、溶解性差导致给药管道容易堵塞的问题,通过药剂优化试验研究表明,采用YK-Sn代替YT-1与SN-705按4:1的配比,实验室小型闭路试验可获得精矿品位8.238%,回收率82.37%的锡精矿,比同等情况下使用YT-1,在保证锡精矿品位的前提下回收率提升了2.84%,同时降低了尾水中氨氮、F-的含量。该药剂组合具有易溶解、捕收性能强的优势,提高锡石回收率的同时解决了给药管道阻塞的问题,降低了选厂尾水外排压力。 In view of the problem that YT-1:sn-705=4:1 combined collector is used in cassiterite flotation of Yunnan Hualian zinc indium tin containing polymetallic sulfide ore,which has the problems of high cost and poor solubility,resulting in easy blockage of the dosing pipeline,the reagent optimization test shows that the concentrate grade of 8.238%can be obtained by using yk-sn instead of YT-1 and sn-705 at the ratio of 4:1,Compared with YT-1 under the same conditions,the recovery rate of tin concentrate with a recovery rate of 82.37%is increased by 2.84%on the premise of ensuring the grade of tin concentrate,and the contents of ammonia nitrogen and F-in tail water are reduced.The reagent combination has the advantages of easy dissolution and strong collection performance,improves the recovery rate of cassiterite,solves the problem of blocking the dosing pipeline and reduces the discharge pressure of the tail water of the concentrator.
