This article systematically explains the basic concepts of green mining construction and mining ecological restoration,and deeply elaborates the inherent connection between the two in terms of target achievement,implementation means,and mutual support.It scientifically clarifies the external differences between the two in terms of implementation purposes,implementation time,implementation methods,and implementation purposes.The article focuses on analyzing the existing problems in the implementation of the concepts,evaluation indicators selection,regulatory system construction,and endogeneity of restoration subjects in green mining construction and ecological restoration,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions for green mining construction and mining ecological restoration,in order to provide effective reference for the development of mining ecological civilization construction.
