二陈汤合三子养亲汤用于痰浊阻肺型COPD的疗效观察

Observation on the Curative Effect of Erchen Decoction and Sanzi Yangqin Decoction on COPD with Phlegm Turbidity Obstructing Lung Type

目的 分析二陈汤合三子养亲汤联合常规西药治疗痰浊阻肺型慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonarydisease,COPD)的临床效果。方法 选择2021年6月—2022年12月南安市中医院收治的82例痰浊阻肺型COPD患者作为研究对象,随机分为中西医组(二陈汤合三子养亲汤联合西药常规治疗)和西医组(西药常规治疗),每组各41例,比较两组治疗效果。结果 中西医组的临床总有效率高于西医组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组中医证候积分、肺通气功能、炎症指标均改善且中西医组优于西医组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 二陈汤合三子养亲汤治疗痰浊阻肺型COPD有较好的临床效果,可有效改善肺通气功能,缓解炎性反应,安全性较高,利于病情恢复。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Erchen Decoction and Sanzi Yangqin Decoction combined with conventional western medicine therapy on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)patients with phlegm turbidity obstructing lung type.Methods A total of 82 cases of phlegm turbidity obstructing lung type COPD treated in Nan’an Hospital from June 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into traditional Chinese and Western medicine group(Erchen Decoction and Sanzi Yangqin Decoction combined with Western medicine routine treatment)and Western medicine group(Western medicine routine treatment),with 41 cases in each group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total clinical effective rate of the traditional Chinese and Western medicine group was significantly higher than that of the Western medicine group(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM score,pulmonary ventilation function and inflammation indexes improved significantly and the traditional Chinese and Western medicine group was significantly better than Western medicine group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Erchen Decoction and Sanzi Yangqin Decoction had significant clinical effect in treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)with phlegm turbidity obstructing lung type,which can effectively improve pulmonary ventilation function,alleviate inflammatory reaction,promote the illness recovery and has high security.
