阴道炎患者采取健康教育联合全程优质护理干预的效果分析

The Effect of Health Education Combined with Whole Course High-Quality Nursing Intervention on Patients with Vaginitis

目的 探讨阴道炎患者采用健康教育联合全程优质护理干预模式的效果。方法 选取浦城县富岭卫生院2021年5月—2023年5月收治的符合条件的60例阴道炎患者,按照随机数字法分为对照组和观察组各30例。两组患者均给予阴道炎的常规治疗,对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用健康教育联合全程优质护理干预模式。评估并比较两组患者的健康知识知晓率、用药依从性、健康行为评分及护理满意度。结果 观察组的健康知识知晓率为93.34%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组用药依从率为96.67%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组健康行为各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为100.00%,高于对照组的86.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 阴道炎患者采用健康教育联合全程优质护理干预模式,可提高健康知识知晓率和用药依从性,改善健康行为,提升患者护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effectiveness of health education combined with whole course high-quality nursing intervention in the patients with vaginitis.Methods A total of 60 eligible patients with vaginitis admitted to Pucheng County Fuling Health Center from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 30 cases each.Both groups of patients were given routine treatment for vaginitis,the control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received a combination of health education and high-quality nursing intervention throughout the entire process.Evaluate and compare the health knowledge awareness rate,medication compliance,health behavior scores,and nursing satisfaction of two groups of patients.Results The awareness rate of health knowledge in the observation group was 93.34%,which was significantly higher than 73.33%of the control group(P<0.05).The medication compliance rate in the observation group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than 80.00%of the control group(P<0.05).The health behavior scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than 86.67%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The health education combined with whole course high-quality nursing intervention can improve the awareness rate of health knowledge and medication compliance,improve health behavior,and enhance patient nursing satisfaction in patients with vaginitis.
