柴胡舒肝散联合内关穴按压治疗胃脘痛的临床效果分析

The Effect of Chaihu Shugan Powder Combined with Neiguan Acupoint Pressing Therapy on Epigastric Pain

目的 探讨应用口服柴胡疏肝散联合内关穴按压治疗胃脘痛的临床疗效。方法 选取2022年1—12月建瓯市中西医结合医院收治的80例胃脘痛患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组依常规应用西药予以治疗;观察组在对照组基础上,加用柴胡疏肝散,并按压内关穴治疗。结果 观察组的临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,治疗后的中医证候积分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);复发率观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 柴胡疏肝散联合内关穴按压的疗法可加快改善胃脘痛患者的症状,提高临床有效率,建议推广使用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Chaihu Shugan Powder and Neiguan acupoint pressing therapy on patients with epigastric pain.Methods A total of 80 patients with epigastric pain were selected from Jian’ou Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital during the periods from January 2022 to December 2022,and randomly divided into observation group(n=40 cases)and control group(n=40 cases).The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,while the observation group was treated with Chaihu Shugan powder combined with Neiguan acupoint pressing on the basis of the controlgroup.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the score of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome after treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the total adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05),but the recurrence rate in the observation group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Chaihu Shugan Powder and Neiguan acupoint pressing therapy can improve the symptom,clinical efficacy,and prognosis in patients with epigastric pain.It is recommended to promote and use.
