在全面预算管理工作中,投资预算是一项十分重要的内容,能够有效推动企业各项经济活动开展,在企业的投资管理工作中起着关键作用。在此背景下,文章在对现代企业投资预算的重要性以及投资预算的分类进行分析的过程中发现了当前部分企业开展投资预算工作的过程中仍然存在各种各样的问题,为了提升企业的投资预算管理工作水平,文章针对上述过程中发现的问题,提出了一定的优化和改进措施。

In the overall budget management work,the investment budget is a very important content,which can effectively promote the development of various economic activities of enterprises and play a key role in the investment management of enterprises.In this con⁃text,in the process of analyzing the importance of modern enterprise investment budget and the classification of investment budget,this paper finds that there are still various problems in the process of investment budget work of many enterprises,in order to continuously im⁃prove the level of investment budget management of enterprises,this paper puts forward certain optimization and improvement measures for the problems found in the above process.
