摘要
在市场竞争中,企业应当有效实施生产经营计划,以保持持续竞争优势。员工绩效是影响生产经营计划落实的关键因素。良好的绩效管理能够充分激发人的作用,帮助员工持续进步、改进不足、创新发展,从而提升团队的整体凝聚力、战斗力和创新力,进而推动企业生产经营计划的目标落地。文章先简要阐述员工绩效管理的概念、目标和重要性,然后分析员工绩效管理对企业生产经营计划落实的影响,并基于影响情况提出了一些优化策略。
In the market competition,enterprises should effectively implement their production and operation plans to maintain a sus⁃tainable competitive advantage.Employee performance is one of the key factors affecting the implementation of the production and operation plan.Good performance management can fully stimulate the role of people,help employees to make continuous progress,improve deficien⁃cies,innovate and develop,so as to enhance the overall cohesion,combat effectiveness and innovation of the team,and then promote the implementation of the goal of enterprise production and operation plan.This paper first briefly expounds the concept,goal and importance of employee performance management,and then analyzes the impact of employee performance management on the implementation of the production and operation plan of the enterprise,and puts forward some optimization strategies based on the impact situation.
