“知信行控修”管理模式在病区医院感染中的应用研究

Application Research of“Knowledge,Attitude,Practice,Control and Repair”Management Mode in Hospital Infection Management in Wards

本文主要以《病区医院感染管理规范》作为研究的理论依据,引入健康教育“知信行控修”模式作为理论支撑,使用多种形式的宣传教育从而对医务人员起到培训的效果,最终加强病区医院感染管理工作。这种工作模式可以更好地提升病区医院感染管理的工作力度,让工作人员进一步巩固、推进落实感染管理质量。同时,这一管理模式目前也存在一定的优化与改进方向,在研究过程中,通过不断的优化与调整,提出“知信行控修”管理全新模式。文章主要的目的在于讨论这一模式对病区医院管理的实际效果以及应用策略,希望可以起到参考的作用与意义,为我国病区医院感染管理起到一定的参考作用。

In this paper,hospital infection management standard in ward as the theoretical basis for the study,the introduction of health education“knowledge,faith and behavior control repair”model as a theoretical support,the use of a variety of forms of publicity and education so as to play a training effect on medical staff,and finally strengthen the ward hospital infection management.This mode of work can better enhance the intensity of hospital infection management,so that staff to further consolidate and promote the implementation of the quality of infection management.At the same time,this management pattern also has the certain optimization and the improvement direction at present,in the research process,through unceasing optimization and the adjustment,proposed“The knowledge letter behavior control repairs”the management brandnew pattern.The main purpose of this paper is to discuss the practical effect and application strategy of this model in Ward Hospital Management.I hope it can play a reference role and significance for the hospital infection management in our country.
