虎符铜砭刮痧干预肝胃不和型胃脘痛的效果

Effect of Hufu Tongbian Scraping Intervention on Epigastric Pain in the Form of Disharmony Between the Liver and Stomach

目的观察虎符铜砭刮痧干预肝胃不和型胃脘痛的临床疗效。方法选取2021年6月至2022年6月河南中医药大学第一附属医院收治的61例肝胃不和型胃脘部疼痛患者,采用随机数字法分为对照组(31例)和治疗组(30例)。两组均接受常规治疗,即口服奥美拉唑及中药,治疗组加用虎符铜砭刮痧治疗。对比干预前后两组患者中医症状积分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、胃肠道生活质量指数评分表(GIQLI)评分。结果治疗后,治疗组和对照组患者中医症状积分,HAMA,GIQLI得分均降低,但治疗组患者得分降低更明显(P<0.05)。结论虎符铜砭刮痧干预肝胃不和型胃脘痛效果较好。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Hufu Tongbian scraping and gua sha intervention for gastroparesis with liver and stomach disharmony.Methods From June 2021 to June 2022,61 patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of CM with hepatogastric disharmony type of gastric pain were selected as 31 cases in the control group and 30 cases in the treatment group,all of whom were treated with conventional therapy,oral omeprazole and traditional Chinese medicine,and the treatment group was treated with additional scraping with Hufu Tongbian scraping.The TCM symptom scores,Hamilton anxiety inventory(HAMA),and gastrointestinal quality of life index scale(GIQLI)were compared between the two groups of patients before and after the intervention.Results After treatment,the TCM symptom scores,HAMA,and GIQLI scores were reduced in both the treatment and control groups,but the reduction was more significant in the treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hufu Tongbian scraping is more effective in intervening in stomach and liver pain.
