摘要
透明质酸(HA)是一种天然存在于人体组织中的高分子化合物,按照分子量不同大致分为高分子量HA和低分子量HA,具有保湿、润滑、促进细胞增殖、抗炎等多种生物学功能。不同分子量的HA具有不同功能,有时会产生不同甚至相反的作用。牙周炎是以牙菌斑为始动因子的慢性感染性疾病,慢性炎症会引发牙槽骨吸收、牙周软组织裂解,此时牙周组织中的HA可被降解为不同分子量的片段。在牙周炎发生、发展及组织再生等一系列过程中,不同分子量的HA均有参与。HA能抑制炎症、促进软组织愈合、诱导组织再生,可以为牙周病的治疗打开新思路。本文就HA在牙周炎中的作用以及临床应用前景的研究进展进行综述。
Hyaluronic acid(HA)is a kind of polymer compound naturally present in human tissues,roughly divided into high molecular weight HA and low molecular weight HA according to different molecular weights,with moisturizing,lubrication,promote cell proliferation,anti-inflammatory and other biological functions.HA with different molecular weights has different functions and sometimes produces different or even opposite effects.Periodontitis is a chronic infectious disease with dental plaque as the starting factor,chronic inflammation will cause alveolar bone resorption,periodontal soft tissue lysis,at which time HA in periodontal tissue can be degraded into different molecular weights fragment.In a series of processes such as the occurrence,development and regeneration of periodontitis,HA of different molecular weights is involved.HA can inhibit inflammation,promote soft tissue healing,induce tissue regeneration,and can open up new ideas for the treatment of periodontal disease.This article reviews the role of HA in periodontitis and the research progress of its clinical application prospects.
