生津利咽饮治疗阴虚型慢性咽炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of Shengjin Liyan decoction on Yin deficiency type chronic pharyngitis

目的探讨生津利咽饮治疗阴虚型慢性咽炎(CP)的临床效果。方法采用随机数字表法将2020年6月至2023年1月于该院就诊的98例CP患者分为观察组和对照组,每组49例。对照组采用常规西药进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用生津利咽饮进行治疗,两组均连续治疗4周。比较两组临床疗效、炎症因子[白细胞介素6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)]水平、生活质量[采用健康调查简表(SF-36)进行评估]、中医证候积分及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后IL-6、TNF-α、CRP水平及中医证候积分低于对照组,SF-36评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组的不良反应发生率(10.20%vs 6.12%)比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.136,P=0.461)。结论阴虚型CP患者应用生津利咽饮治疗效果较佳,可减轻炎症反应,缓解临床症状,提升患者生活质量,且安全性好,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Shengjin Liyan decoction on Yin deficiency type chronic pharyngitis(CP).Methods A total of 98 patients with CP in the hospital from June 2020 to January 2023 were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Shengjin Liyan decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,levels of inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),C-reactive protein(CRP)],quality of life[SF-36 score was used for evaluation],TCM syndrome scores and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6,TNF-α,CRP and TCM syndrome scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the SF-36 score was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions between the observation group(10.20%)and the control group(6.12%)had no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Shengjin Liyan decoction has better therapeutic effect in CP patients with Yin deficiency type,it can reduce inflammation,relieve clinical symptoms,and improve the quality of life of patients,with good safety,so it is worthy of promotion.
