国内肝纤维化发病机制研究热点的共词聚类分析

Co-word cluster analysis of research hotspots on the pathogenesis of liver fibrosis in China

目的分析我国2000年以来肝纤维化发病机制研究领域的热点,为肝纤维化相关研究的发展提供参考。方法计算机检索中国生物医学文献数据库、中国期刊全文数据库、万方数据库、维普数据库有关肝纤维化的文献,检索时间为2000年1月至2022年10月。使用Bicomb软件和SPSS对高频关键词进行词频分析和系统聚类分析。结果最终纳入562篇文献,截取频次大于5次的关键词33个,国内肝纤维化发病机制研究热点聚为5个聚类团。结论国内肝纤维化的研究热点主要有5个大方向,分别是肝纤维化的诊断研究、肝星状细胞的研究、肝纤维化中医药研究、肝纤维化的病因研究和信号通路的研究。

Objective To analyze the hot spots in the research field of liver fibrosis pathogenesis in China since 2000,and to provide reference for the development of liver fibrosis related research.Methods China Biology Medicine disc,China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang database and Weipu database were searched for literatures on liver fibrosis from January 2000 to October 2022.Bicomb software and SPSS were used to analyze the word frequency and cluster analysis of high-frequency keywords.Results Finally,562 articles were included,and 33 keywords with a frequency of more than 5 times were intercepted.The domestic research hotspots on the pathogenesis of liver fibrosis were clustered into 5 clusters.Conclusion The research hotspots of liver fibrosis in China mainly include five major directions,namely,the diagnosis of liver fibrosis,the study of hepatic stellate cells,the study of traditional Chinese medicine for liver fibrosis,the study of the etiology of liver fibrosis and the study of signaling pathways.
