从中医学的文献和理论研究入手,系统地阐述“治痿独取阳明”理论,并从乙酰胆碱在中枢神经系统和胃肠道中的作用机制方面对“治痿独取阳明”理论与缺血性脑卒中后偏瘫的联系进行阐述论证,以期为缺血性脑卒中后偏瘫提供更多的临床诊疗思路。

The paper discusses the theory of"treating the flaccidity with the Yangming meridian alone"systematically from TCM literature and theoretical study,expounds the connections between the theory and hemiplegia after ischemic stroke from the mechanism of the role of acetylcholine played in central nervous system and gastrointestinal tract,with the hope of providing more clinical diagnostic and therapeutic thinking for hemiplegia after ischemic stroke.
