医学院新生个人成长主动性与心理弹性的调查研究

An investigation on personal growth initiative and resilience in the freshmen of medical college

目的考查医学院新生个人成长主动性与心理弹性的状况和关系。方法2022年10月采用个人成长主动性量表和心理弹性量表对湖南省某医学院校大一1230名新生进行调查。结果(1)医学院新生个人成长主动性(3.68±0.53)分和心理弹性(3.41±0.68)分处于中等偏上水平。(2)主观经济地位处于中上层经济地位的学生个人成长性得分显著高于中下层和下层经济地位的学生。(3)男生的心理弹性优于女生。(4)医学院新生个人成长主动性和心理弹性显著正相关(r=0.447,P<0.01),个人成长主动性的3个维度对心理弹性有正向影响,其中利用资源维度对心理弹性最有预测力,可以解释其16.8%的变异量。结论医学院新生的个人成长主动性对其心理弹性有重要影响。

Objective To investigate the personal growth initiative and resilience in the freshmen of medical college and their correlation.Methods On October 2022,a total of 1230 freshmen in a medical college of Hunan Province were investigated by personal growth initiative scale and resilience scale.Results The personal growth initiative(3.68±0.53)points and resilience(3.41±0.68)points of freshmen in medical school maintained at a medium and above level.The scores of personal growth initiative of students with moderate-to-high subjective economic status were significantly higher than those with moderate-to-low,and low subjective economic status.The male freshman showed a significantly higher level of resilience than that of females.There was a significant positive correlation between personal growth initiative and resilience of medical freshmen(r=0.447,P<0.01).The three dimensions of personal growth initiative had a positive impact on resilience,among which the resource dimension was the most predictive of resilience to explain the 16.8%variation of resilience.Conclusion The personal growth initiative of the freshmen in a medical college significantly affects its resilience.
