心理干预在四维子宫输卵管超声造影中的应用效果

Application effect of psychological intervention in four-dimensional hysterosalpingo-contrast sonography

目的探讨心理干预在经阴道四维子宫输卵管超声造影中应用的效果。方法选取2019年4月至2023年3月常州市第一人民医院超声医学科进行经阴道四维子宫输卵管超声造影术的150例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=75)和观察组(n=75),对照组实施日常护理措施,观察组在实施日常护理措施的基础上强化心理干预,比较两组患者的护理满意度和患者舒适度。结果观察组中,72例患者满意,3例患者不满意,满意度为96.00%;对照组中,64例患者满意,11例患者不满意,满意度为85.33%。观察组患者满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组中,73例患者自我感觉在整个检查过程中感到舒适,舒适度为97.33%,对照组患者59例感到舒适,舒适度为78.67%,观察组患者舒适度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论强化心理干预能够减轻患者的焦虑和恐惧情绪,促进检查的顺利进行,提高护理满意度和患者舒适度。

Objective To investigate the application effect of psychological intervention in the application of transvaginalfour-dimensional hysterosalpingo-contrast sonography.Methods A total of 150 patients who underwent transvaginalfour-dimensional hysterosalpingo-contrast sonography from April 2019 to March 2023 in the Department of Ultrasound Medicine of Changzhou First People's Hospital were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group(n=75)and observation group(n=75)according to random number table method.The control group received daily nursing measures,while the observation group received psychological intervention on the basis of daily nursing measures.The nursing satisfaction and comfort of patients were compared between the two groups.Results In the observation group,72 patients were satisfied and 3 patients were not satisfied,the satisfaction rate was 96.00%.In the control group,64 patients were satisfied and 11 patients were dissatisfied(85.33%).The satisfaction of patients in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,73 patients felt comfortable in the whole examination process,the comfort level was 97.33%,and 59 patients in the control group felt comfortable,the comfort level was 78.67%,the comfort level of patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion Intensive psychological intervention can reduce patients'anxiety and fear,promote the smooth progress of examination,improve nursing satisfaction and patient comfort.
