抗血栓袜预防下肢深静脉血栓的应用进展

Application of anti-embolism stockings in the prevention of deep vein thrombosis

下肢深静脉血栓具有高发生率和高致死率,而抗血栓袜因使用简便、舒适、经济成为预防深静脉血栓最常用的物理方法之一。本文综述了抗血栓袜预防下肢深静脉血栓的原理、适应证与禁忌证以及压力等级选择、款式选择、穿着时机和时长、穿脱方法等在应用方面的进展。认为抗血栓袜对于不同款式的应用效果、不同人群每日所需穿戴的时长以及特殊人群的穿戴问题等有待进一步科学论证,建议建立统一质控标准等以为临床实践提供更加可靠的证据和指导。

Deep vein thrombosis has high incidence and mortality,and the anti-embolism stockings have be-come one of the most commonly used physical methods to prevent deep vein thrombosis due to its convenience,com-fort,and economy.In this paper,the principle,indications and contraindications of anti-embolism stockings for prevent-ing deep vein thrombosis are reviewed,as well as the progress in the application of pressure grade selection,style selec-tion,wearing time and duration,and wearing and removing method.The application effect of anti-embolism socks on dif-ferent styles,daily wearing duration required by different groups of people,and wearing problems for special groups of people need further scientific demonstration,and unified quality control standards should be established to provide more reliable evidence and guidance for clinical practice.
