舒肝解郁胶囊的临床综合评价

The comprehensive clinical evaluation of drugs can provide reference for rational drug use and basic drug use.In this paper,through the comprehensive collection of evidence before and after the listing of Shugan Jieyu Capsules,the application of evidence-based medicine,pharmacoeconomics,health technology evaluation,and other theories to evaluate Shugan Jieyu Capsules.The function of Shugan Jieyu Capsules is dispersing stagnated liver qi for relieving qi stagnation,and invigorating spleen,and tranquillization.It is often used in the treatment of depression,schizophrenia,insomnia,and functional dyspepsia with anxiety and depression.It has certain effectiveness and safety.Compared with Paroxetine and Fluoxetine Hydrochloride,it has certain economy.It has won 12 patents in drug preparation and quality testing,which has a certain degree of innovation.The drug instructions comply with the current regulations,and are sold in many provinces and cities,with certain suitability and accessibility.The evaluation results showed that Shugan Jieyu Capsules had clinical advantages in the treatment of depression,and provided reference for drug selection and use.
