针刺治疗慢性偏头痛机制研究进展

Research progress on mechanism of acupuncture treatment for chronic migraine

慢性偏头痛是一种高致残性神经系统疾病,对患者的生存质量造成了严重的不良影响。针刺可通过多途径对慢性偏头痛进行干预和治疗,临床效果确切,且具有良好的预防作用。本文分析总结了近年来针刺干预慢性偏头痛作用机制的相关文献,从良性调整大脑功能连接、抑制神经源性炎症、纠正中枢致敏、改善下行疼痛调节系统和自主神经系统等角度对针刺治疗慢性偏头痛的机制进行综述,以期为针刺治疗慢性偏头痛的临床应用提供理论支持,并为今后深入开展相关研究提供参考。

Chronic migraine is a highly disabling neurological disease that has serious adverse effects on the quality of life of patients.Acupuncture can intervene and treat chronic migraine through many ways,with definite clinical effect and good preventive effect.This paper analyzes and summarizes the relevant literatures on the mechanism of acupuncture intervention in chronic migraine in recent years,and reviewes the mechanism of acupuncture treatment of chronic migraine from the perspectives of benign adjustment of brain functional connectivity,inhibition of neurogenic inflammation,correction of central sensitization,improvement of descending pain regulation system,and autonomic nervous system,so as to provide theoretical support for the clinical application of acupuncture treatment of chronic migraine.It also provides reference for further research.
