摘要 文章基于数字孪生技术,研究了工业机器人运动仿真系统的概念、特点、结构、性能优化及实验结果。在概念上,定义了数字孪生技术的含义并阐述了其实现原理;在特点方面,剖析了工业机器人的特点及数字孪生技术在工业机器人领域中的应用;在结构方面,提出了基于数字孪生技术的工业机器人运动仿真系统的结构并详细介绍了各个模块的功能;在性能优化方面,介绍了几个常用的优化方法;在实验方面,进行了一系列真实的机器人运动仿真实验,并对实验结果进行了分析,验证了系统的可靠性和可用性。 The article is based on digital twin technology and studies the concept,characteristics,structure,performance optimization,and experimental results of an industrial robot motion simulation system.Conceptually,the meaning of digital twin technology was defined and its implementation principles were explained;In terms of characteristics,the characteristics of industrial robots and the application of digital twin technology in the field of industrial robots were analyzed;In terms of structure,the structure of an industrial robot motion simulation system based on digital twin technology was proposed,and the functions of each module were introduced in detail;In terms of performance optimization,several commonly used optimization methods were introduced;In terms of experiments,a series of real robot motion simulation experiments were conducted,and the experimental results were analyzed to verify the reliability and availability of the system.
