大功率发射台节目传输监测与应急调度系统的设计与应用

摘要 文章结合卫星广播节目传输机房的工作实际,从发射台运维现状、存在的问题及其原因等几个方面,分析了节目传输系统的现状。文中介绍了大功率发射台节目传输监测与应急调度系统建设,一是掌握设备发生故障之前的异常征兆,以便事前采取有针对性措施,控制和防止故障的发生;二是在设备发生故障的情况下,对故障原因、故障部位进行定位,从而减少各播出环节运维人员沟通的时间以及故障处理时间。为了解决传输发射公共环节的问题,逐步将值班模式从人工向智能化方向转变,为优质零秒地完成安全传输发射任务提供保障。 This paper analyzes the current situation of the program transmission system from the aspects of the status quo of the operation and maintenance of the launch pad,the existing problems,and the cause analysis,combined with the actual work of the satellite broadcast program transmission room.This paper introduces the construction of the program transmission monitoring and emergency dispatching system of the high-power launch pad.First,grasp the abnormal signs before the equipment failure,so as to take targeted measures in advance to control and prevent the failure;Secondly,in the event of equipment malfunction,locate the cause and location of the malfunction,in order to reduce the communication time and fault handling time for operators in each broadcasting link.In order to solve the problem of public transmission and launch links,the duty mode has gradually shifted from manual to intelligent,providing guarantee for high-quality and zero second completion of safe transmission and launch tasks.
