摘要
报道从少阳病论治本土新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)并味觉减退患者1例。此病例根据经方大师胡希恕先生所提出的孔窍病多从少阳论治的观点,以和解少阳、化湿解毒为治法,明显改善了患者的味觉功能;通过对该患者诊疗过程的回顾分析,证明从少阳病论治COVID-19并味觉减退病例的可行性,为COVID-19及其并发症的中医治疗提供参考。
Treatment of COVID-19 with hypogeusia from Shaoyang disease for one case was reprted.In this case,according to the point of view of Shaoyang treatment for orifice disease put forward by Mr.Hu Xishu,a Master of classical prescriptions,the treatment method of Shaoyang reconciliation,dampness and detoxification has significantly improved the taste function of this patient.Through the diagnosis and treatment of this patient,the retrospective analysis of the process proved the feasibility of treating COVID-19 cases with hypogeusia from Shaoyang disease,and provided a reference for the traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of COVID-19 and its complications.
