火针点刺龈交穴与参芪槐榆汤治疗气滞血瘀型痔疮临床观察

Fire Needle Swift Pricking Yinjiao(DU DU2828)and Shenqi Huaiyu Decoction in the Treatment of Hemorrhoids of Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis Type

目的 探讨采用火针点刺龈交穴联合参芪槐榆汤治疗气滞血瘀型痔疮的临床效果。方法 使用随机数字表法将南昌市洪都中医院2020年1月—2021年12月收治的68例患者分为对照组和观察组,每组34例。对照组患者采用火针点刺龈交穴治疗,观察组患者则在对照组的基础上增加参芪槐榆汤治疗。比较2组患者的临床治疗总有效率、治疗前后的致痛因子水平。结果 观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率为97.06%(33/34),明显高于对照组的79.41%(27/34)(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的5-羟色胺(5-HT)和β-内源性阿片肽(β-EP)水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在气滞血瘀型痔疮患者的治疗过程中,火针点刺龈交穴联合参芪槐榆汤能明显提高整体的治疗效果,减轻患者的疼痛程度,值得临床进一步推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of fire needle swift pricking Yinjiao(DU28)and Shenqi Huaiyu decoction in the treatment of hemorrhoids of qi stagnation and blood stasis type.Methods A total of 68 patients admitted to Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2021 were divided into control group and observation group by ran⁃dom number table method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with fire needle swift pricking Yinjiao(DU28),and the observation group was treated with Shenqi Huaiyu decoction on the basis of control group.The total effective rate of clinical treatment and the levels of pain-causing factors before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 97.06%(33/34),which was significantly higher than that of control group(79.41%,27/34)(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)andβ-endogenous opioid peptide(β-EP)in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fire needle swift pricking Yinjiao(DU28)and Shenqi Huaiyu de⁃coction in the treatment of hemorrhoids of qi stagnation and blood stasis type can significantly improve the overall therapeutic effect and relieve the degree of pain of patients,which is worthy of further clinical application.
