从细胞自噬探讨中医药防治肥胖

Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Prevention and Treatment of Obesity from Autophagy

肥胖作为多种疾病的危险因素,如胰岛素抵抗、多囊卵巢综合征、糖尿病和心脏病等,已成为现代医学急需解决的一项重要问题。近年来,越来越多的临床研究证实,细胞自噬在肥胖的发生、发展及治疗中扮演着重要角色,并影响肥胖相关的代谢紊乱。作者研读相关文献,归纳发现中医药在宏观上可针对肥胖病因病机辨证论治,在微观上可通过干预自噬相关基因、信号通路及蛋白活性,进而调控肥胖的自噬过程。文章以细胞自噬为突破口,研讨中医药通过调控自噬对肥胖的影响及作用。

Obesity,as a risk factor for many diseases,such as insulin resistance,polycystic ovary syndrome,diabetes and heart dis⁃ease,has become an important problem that needs to be solved in modern medicine.In recent years,more and more clinical studies have confirmed that autophagy plays an important role in the occurrence,development and treatment of obesity,and affects obesity-related metabolic disorders.The author studied related literature and concluded that traditional Chinese medicine can treat obesity based on syndrome differentiation of the etiology and pathogenesis on the macro level,and regulate the autophagy process of obesity by intervening autophagy related genes,signaling pathways and protein activities on the micro level.This paper aims to explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on obesity by regulating autophagy.
