思政教育融入中医儿科学实习带教的翻转课堂教学模式研究

摘要 目的 探讨采用翻转课堂教学模式,将思政教育融入中医儿科学实习带教的效果。方法 选取2021年1月—2021年6月上海中医药大学五年制临床本科学生60名,随机分为观察组与对照组,各30名;观察组为翻转课堂教学模式,对照组为传统儿科带教模式,带教内容为在小儿肺炎的诊断与治疗中开展思政教学。比较2组学习效果、自主学习能力评分及教学满意度。结果 观察组出科各项考核成绩、自主学习能力评分、教学满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 应用翻转课堂教学模式将思政教育融入中医儿科学临床实习带教,可提升学生思想政治水平、理论知识及操作技能,增强其自主学习能力,提高教学满意度。翻转课堂教学模式应用于医学实习思政教育课堂,能明显提高教学质量。 Objective To explore the effect evaluation of flipped classroom of integrating ideological and political education into prac⁃tice teaching of pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods Sixty five-year clinical undergraduate students in Shanghai Uni⁃versity of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to June 2021 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 students in each group.The observation group was taught with the flipped classroom teaching mode,while the control group was taught with the traditional pediatric teaching mode.The teaching content was ideological and political teaching in the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric pneumonia.The learning effect,independent learning ability score and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The test scores,independent learning ability scores and teaching satisfaction of the observa⁃tion group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of flipped classroom teaching mode to in⁃tegrate ideological and political education into clinical practice teaching of pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine can improve stu⁃dents’ideological and political level,theoretical knowledge and operational skills,enhance their autonomous learning ability and im⁃prove teaching satisfaction.The application of flipped classroom teaching model in medical practice ideological and political education classroom can obviously improve the teaching quality.
