注射用醋酸亮丙瑞林微球治疗子宫内膜异位症腹腔镜术后患者的效果

Effects of Leuprorelin acetate microspheres for injection in treatment of patients with endometriosis after laparoscopic surgery

目的:观察注射用醋酸亮丙瑞林微球治疗子宫内膜异位症腹腔镜术后患者的效果。方法:选取2021年1月至2022年12月该院收治的124例子宫内膜异位症腹腔镜术后患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各62例。两组均行腹腔镜手术治疗,术后对照组予以孕三烯酮胶囊治疗,观察组予以注射用醋酸亮丙瑞林微球治疗,两组均治疗6个月。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后性激素指标[抗苗勒管激素(AMH)、雌二醇(E_(2))、卵泡刺激素(FSH)]水平、窦状卵泡数、卵巢体积,以及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为96.77%(60/62),高于对照组的72.58%(45/62),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组AMH水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,两组E_(2)、FSH水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组窦状卵泡数均少于治疗前,但观察组多于对照组,两组卵巢体积均小于治疗前,但观察组大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:注射用醋酸亮丙瑞林微球治疗子宫内膜异位症腹腔镜术后患者可提高治疗总有效率,增加窦状卵泡数,增大卵巢体积,改善性激素指标水平,效果优于孕三烯酮胶囊治疗。

Objective:To observe effects of Leuprorelin acetate microspheres for injection in treatment of patients with endometriosis after laparoscopic surgery.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 124 patients with endometriosis after laparoscopic surgery admitted to this hospital from January 2021 to December 2022.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,62 cases in each.Both groups were treated with laparoscopic surgery.After the surgery,the control group was treated with Gestrinone capsules,while the observation group was treated with Leuprorelin acetate microspheres for injection.Both groups were treated for 6 months.The clinical efficacy,the levels of sex hormone indexes[anti-Mullerian hormone(AMH),estradiol(E_(2)),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)],the number of antral follicles,the ovarian volume before and after the treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.77%(60/62),which was higher than 72.58%(45/62)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of AMH in the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group;the levels of E_(2) and FSH in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the number of antral follicles in both groups was less than that before the treatment,but that in the observation group was more than that in the control group;the ovarian volume of the two groups was smaller than that before the treatment,but that in the observation group was larger than that in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Leuprorelin acetate microspheres for injection in the treatment of the patients with endometriosis after laparoscopic surgery can improve the total effective rate of treatment and the number of sinus follicles,increase the ovarian volume,and improve the levels of sex hormone indexes.Moreover,it is superior to single Gestrinone capsules treatment.
