HPLC Method for Determination of Contents of Ferulic Acid in Changtongshu Granules

目的建立高效液相色谱法测定常通舒颗粒中阿魏酸的含量。方法以70%甲醇为提取溶剂,采用加热回流的前处理方式,色谱柱为Waters SunFire C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温30℃,检测波长为323 nm。结果阿魏酸在2.47~61.66μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),重复性和精密度良好,平均加样回收率为97.40%,RSD为1.7%。结论所建立的方法稳定性好、准确度高,可作为控制常通舒颗粒质量的参考。

Objective To establish HPLC method for the determination of ferulic acid in changtongshu granules.Methods The chromatography was performed on Waters SunFire C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)with acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid solution as mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The column temperature was 30℃and the detection wavelength was 323nm.Results Ferulic acid had a good linear relationship in the range of 2.47~61.66μg/mL(r=0.9999)with good reproducibility and precision.The average recovery rate was 97.40%and RSD was 1.7%.Conclusion The established method has good stability and high accuracy,and can be used as a reference for controlling the quality of changtongshu granules.
