益气养阴祛风汤联合推拿对慢性咳嗽患儿咳嗽积分及肺功能的影响

The Effect of Yiqi Yangyin Qufeng Decoction Combined with Massage on Cough Score and Lung Function in Children with Chronic Cough

目的观察益气养阴祛风汤联合推拿对慢性咳嗽患儿咳嗽积分及肺功能的影响。方法随机将2021年10月至2022年12月期间赣州市南康区中医院收治的86例慢性咳嗽患者分为两组,各43例。对照组给予盐酸西替利嗪治疗,在此基础上,观察组给予益气养阴祛风汤联合推拿治疗,连续治疗10 d,比较两组患儿日夜间咳嗽、肺功能、中医证候积分及生活质量情况。结果治疗后,两组日间、夜间咳嗽积分降低,且观察组改善更优(P<0.05);两组第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、肺活量(FVC)提高且观察组改善更优(P<0.05);两组中医证候积分降低,莱赛斯特咳嗽问卷(LCQ)评分提高,且观察组改善更优(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间未见严重不良反应。结论益气养阴祛风汤联合推拿治疗可改善慢性咳嗽患儿日夜间咳嗽症状,促进肺功能的提升及病情的恢复,利于患儿生活质量的提升,且安全性较高。

Objective To observe the effect of yiqi yangyin qufeng decoction combined with massage on cough score and lung function in children with chronic cough.Methods 86 patients with chronic cough admitted to Nankang District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Ganzhou City from October 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into two groups,with 43 patients in each group.The control group was treated with cetirizine,on this basis,the observation group was treated with yiqi yangyin qufeng decoction combined with massage,all for 10 consecutive days.The daily and night cough,lung function,TCM syndrome scores and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the score of daytime and nighttime cough decreased in both groups,and the improvement was better in the observation group(P<0.05);FEV1 and FVC increased in both groups,and the observation group showed better improvement(P<0.05);the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score decreased and the LCQ score increased in both groups,and the observation group showed better improvement(P<0.05).No serious adverse effects were observed during the treatment period in both groups.Conclusion The combination of yiqi yangyin qufeng decoction and massage therapy can improve the cough symptoms of children with chronic cough during the day and night,promote the improvement of lung function and recovery of the condition,and is beneficial for the improvement of the quality of life of children,and high safety.
