运动干预联合结构化健康教育在骨关节炎护理中的价值

Value analysis of exercise intervention combined with structured health education in nursing care of patients with osteoarthritis

目的:探讨骨关节炎患者实施运动干预联合结构化健康教育的效果。方法:选取2020年10月~2022年7月医院收治的84例骨关节炎患者作为研究对象,以不同护理方案分组,对照组42例予以常规护理,观察组42例采取运动干预+结构化健康教育。比较两组患者干预前、后的运动功能、自我效能感、遵医行为、生活质量。结果:干预后观察组运动功能强于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后观察组一般自我效能感(GSES)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组遵医率(95.24%)高于对照组(76.19%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后观察组生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOL-74)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:运动干预与结构化健康教育联合干预骨关节炎患者能提升患者的运动能力和自我效能感,同时能增强患者遵医性,提高其生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of exercise intervention combined with structured health education in patients with osteoarthritis.Method A total of 84 patients with osteoarthritis from October 2020 to July 2022 were selected as research objects.They were grouped with different nursing schemes.The control group(42 cases)received routine nursing,and the observation group(42 cases)received exercise intervention+structured health education.The motor function,self-efficacy,compliance behavior and quality of life of the two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results The exercise function of observation group was stronger than control group after intervention(P<0.05).After intervention,the general self-efficacy score(GSES)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The compliance rate of observation group was 95.24%,which was higher than that of control group(76.19%)(P<0.05).After intervention,the score of GQOL-74 in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of exercise intervention and structured health education can improve the patients'exercise ability and sense of self-efficacy,as well as enhance the patients'compliance and improve their quality of life.
