苯磺酸氨氯地平联合贝那普利治疗高血压的效果分析

Analysis on Effect of Amlodipine Besylate Combined with Benazepril in Treatment of Hypertension

目的:观察苯磺酸氨氯地平联合贝那普利治疗高血压的效果。方法:选取2021年1月-2023年1月遵义市中医院收治的86例高血压患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组应用贝那普利治疗,观察组在对照组基础上应用苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗。比较两组血压水平、治疗效果、负面情绪、生活质量、不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,两组收缩压、舒张压水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.028)。治疗后,两组焦虑、抑郁评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组生理状态、精神健康、一般健康评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:苯磺酸氨氯地平与贝那普利联合治疗高血压的效果较好,可有效改善患者血压水平与生活质量,缓解负面情绪,且不会增加不良反应。

Objective:To observe the effect of amlodipine besylate combined with benazepril in treatment of hypertension.Methods:A total of 86 hypertensive patients treated in Zunyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with benazepril,and the observation group was treated with amlodipine besylate on the basis of control group.Blood pressure level,treatment effect,negative emotion,quality of life,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.028).After treatment,the scores of anxiety and depression in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of physiological status,mental health and general health in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of amlodipine besylate and benazepril is effective in treatment of hypertension,and can effectively improve the blood pressure level and quality of life of patients,ameliorate the negative emotions,and will not increase adverse reactions.
