疏肝化瘀汤、穴位按摩联合常规西药治疗2型糖尿病合并高血压的效果分析

Analysis on Effect of Shugan Huayu Decoction,Acupoint Massage Combined with Western Medicine in Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus with Hypertension

目的:分析疏肝化瘀汤、穴位按摩联合常规西药治疗2型糖尿病合并高血压的效果。方法:回顾性分析2022年7月-2023年1月武威市疾病预防控制中心收集的1 858例2型糖尿病合并高血压患者临床资料,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组(n=947)和研究组(n=911)。对照组实施常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用疏肝化瘀联合穴位按摩治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、舒张压、收缩压水平,不良反应总发生率低于对照组,生活质量各项指标评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:疏肝化瘀汤、穴位按摩联合常规西药治疗2型糖尿病合并高血压的效果较好,能够改善患者血糖、血压水平,降低不良反应发生率,提高生活质量。

Objective:To analyze the effect of Shugan Huayu Decoction,acupoint massage combined with western medicine in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with hypertension.Methods:The clinical data of 1858 patients of type 2 diabetes mellitus with hypertension who were collected to Wuwei Center for Disease Control and Prevention from July 2022 to January 2023 were retrospectively and analyzed.They were divided into the control group(n=947)and the study group(n=911)according to different treatment method.The control group implemented routine treatment.The study group was treated with Shugan Huayu Decoction and acupoint massage on the basis of control group.The treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and the total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of various indicators of quality of life in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shugan Huayu Decoction,acupoint massage combined with western medicine is effective in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with hypertension,which can ameliorate blood glucose and blood pressure levels,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve the quality of life.
