刘德山教授和解调胃方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床效果

Clinical Effect of the Demodulation Stomach Formula of Professor Liu Deshan in Treating Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

目的:分析刘德山教授和解调胃方(四君子汤合半夏泻心汤加减)联合常规西药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床效果。方法:选取2021年3月-2023年3月临沂市沂南县人民医院收治的60例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各30例。对照组采用奥美拉唑胶囊、枸橼酸莫沙必利片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用四君子汤合半夏泻心汤加减治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗后,两组胃脘痞满不适、胃痛、嗳气、食欲不振、焦虑、失眠积分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.006)。治疗后,两组游离酸、总酸水平高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,两组乳酸水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:四君子汤合半夏泻心汤加减联合常规西药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床效果较好,能够改善患者临床症状与胃酸水平。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Sijunzi Decoction plus Banxia Xiexin Decoction with modification combined with conventional western medicine in treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods:A total of 60 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis admitted to Linyi City Yinan County People's Hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with omeprazole capsules and mosapride citrate tablets,and the observation group was treated with Sijunzi Decoction plus Banxia Xiexin Decoction with modification on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:After treatment,the scores of stomach distention and fullness discomfort,stomach pain,belching,poor appetite,anxiety and insomnia in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.006).After treatment,the levels of free acid and total acid in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of lactic acid in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sijunzi Decoction plus Banxia Xiexin Decoction with modification combined with conventional western medicine have good clinical effects in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis,and can improve the clinical symptoms and gastric acid level of patients.
