血府逐瘀胶囊、益心舒片联合常规西药治疗气阴两虚血瘀型冠心病心肌缺血的临床效果观察

Observation of Clinical Effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Capsules,Yixinshu Tablets Combined with Conventional Western Medicine in Treatment of Myocardial Ischemia and Coronary Heart Disease with Deficiency of Both Qi and Yin and Blood Stasis Type

目的:探讨血府逐瘀胶囊、益心舒片联合常规西药治疗气阴两虚血瘀型冠心病心肌缺血的临床效果。方法:选取2014年9月-2022年12月青岛市市北区湖岛街道社区卫生服务中心收治的128例气阴虚血瘀型冠心病心肌缺血患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组(n=63)与观察组(n=65)。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予血府逐瘀胶囊、益心舒片治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗前,两组缺血持续时间、缺血发作次数、心肌缺血总负荷比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组缺血持续时间短于治疗前,且观察组短于对照组,缺血发作次数少于治疗前,且观察组少于对照组,心肌缺血总负荷低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.024)。治疗前,两组凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、血小板(PLT)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组PT、APTT长于治疗前,且观察组长于对照组,两组FIB、PLT水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血府逐瘀胶囊、益心舒片联合常规西药治疗气阴两虚血瘀型冠心病心肌缺血的临床效果显著,能够改善患者症状与凝血功能。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Capsules,Yixinshu Tablets combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of myocardial ischemia and coronary heart disease with deficiency of both qi and yin and blood stasis type.Methods:A total of 128 patients with myocardial ischemia and coronary heart disease with deficiency of both qi and yin and blood stasis type who were admitted to Qingdao Shibei District Hudao Street Community Health Service Center from September 2014 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group(n=63)and observation group(n=65)by random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Xuefu Zhuyu Capsules and Yixinshu Tablets on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the duration of ischemia,number of ischemic episodes and total myocardial ischemia burden between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the duration of ischemia in the two groups was shorter than that before treatment,and the duration in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group;the number of ischemic episodes in the two groups was less than that before treatment,and the number in the observation group was less than that in the control group;the total myocardial ischemia burden in the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the burden in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.024).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),fibrinogen(FIB)and platelet(PLT)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of PT and APTT in the two groups were longer than those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were longer than those in the control group;the levels of FIB and PLT in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xuefu Zhuyu Capsules,Yixinshu Tablets combined with conventional western medicine has significant clinical effects in the treatment of myocardial ischemia and coronary heart disease with deficiency of both qi and yin and blood stasis type,and cam improve the symptom and coagulation function of patients.
