肱二头肌抗阻训练联合黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床效果观察

Clinical Effect of Biceps Resistance Training Combined with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction on Cervical Radiculopathy

目的:探讨肱二头肌抗阻训练联合黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床效果。方法:选取2020年1月-2023年1月上海市虹口区江湾镇社区卫生服务中心收治的90例神经根型颈椎病患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为三组,各30例。治疗A组采用黄芪桂枝五物汤联合肱二头肌抗阻训练,治疗B组采用黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗,治疗C组采用肱二头肌抗阻力训练。比较三组治疗效果。结果:治疗A组治疗总有效率高于治疗B组和治疗C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,三组Constant-Murley肩关节评分量表评分、数字疼痛评估量表(NRS)评分、颈部残障指数(NDI)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);三组Constant-Murley肩关节评分量表评分高于治疗前,且治疗A组高于治疗B组、治疗C组,三组NRS评分、NDI低于治疗前,且治疗A组低于治疗B组、治疗C组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肱二头肌抗阻训练联合黄芪桂枝汤五物汤治疗神经根型颈椎病的效果显著,可以有效缓解患者肢体疼痛,改善颈部、肩部功能。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of biceps resistance training combined with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction on cervical radiculopathy.Methods:A total of ninety patients with cervical radiculopathy treated in Shanghai Hongkou District Jiangwan Town Community Health Service Center from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into three groups with thirty cases each by random number table method.Treatment group A was treated with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction combined with biceps resistance training,treatment group B was treated with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction,treatment group C was treated with biceps resistance training.The therapeutic effect of the three groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group A was higher than that of treatment group B and treatment group C,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Before treatment,there was no significant difference in Constant-Murley shoulder joint scale score,digital pain assessment scale(NRS)score and neck disability index(NDI)among the three groups(P>0.05);The Constant-Murley shoulder joint rating scale score of the three groups was higher than before treatment,and treatment group A was higher than treatment group B and treatment group C,NRS score and NDI of the three groups were lower than before treatment,and treatment group A was lower than treatment group B and treatment group C,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Biceps resistance training combined with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction has a remarkable effect on the treatment of cervical radiculopathy,which can effectively relieve the limb pain and improve the function of neck and shoulder.
