血必净联合盐酸氨溴索治疗老年重症肺炎的临床效果观察

Observation on Clinical Effect of Xuebijing Combined with Ambroxol Hydrochloride in Treatment of Senile Severe Pneumonia

目的:观察血必净联合盐酸氨溴索治疗老年重症肺炎的临床效果。方法:选取2017年9月-2020年12月临沂市兰陵县人民医院收治的100例老年重症肺炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组采取盐酸氨溴索治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用血必净治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率、动脉血氧分压、氧合指数高于对照组,C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6、动脉血二氧化碳分压水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:血必净联合盐酸氨溴索治疗老年重症肺炎的临床效果较好,能够改善患者血气分析指标,降低炎性因子水平,且安全性较高。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Xuebijing combined with ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of senile severe pneumonia.Methods:A total of one hudnred elderly patients with severe pneumonia treated in Lanling County People's Hospital from September 2017 to December 2020 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with fifty cases in each group.The control group was treated with ambroxol hydrochloride,and the observation group was treated with Xuebijing on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate,arterial blood oxygen partial pressure and oxygenation index in observation group were higher than those in control group,while the levels of C-reactive protein,tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-6 and arterial blood carbon dioxide partial pressure were lower than those in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Xuebijing combined with ambroxol hydrochloride has good clinical effect in the treatment of senile severe pneumonia,which can improve the blood gas analysis index of patients,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and has high safety.
