系统护理干预在冠心病介入术患者护理中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Application Effect of Systematic Nursing Intervention in Nursing of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease after Interventional Surgery

目的:探讨系统护理干预在冠心病介入术患者护理中的应用效果。方法:将2020年4月-2022年2月于徐州市中医院行冠心病介入术的80例患者依据随机数字表法分为两组,各40例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予系统护理干预。比较两组疾病自我认知水平、心理状态、生命质量、术后并发症情况。结果:护理后,观察组疾病认知水平评分、西雅图心绞痛量表评分高于对照组,焦虑、抑郁评分及并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:冠心病介入术患者应用系统护理,可提高疾病自我认知水平,改善心理状态,提高生命质量,降低术后并发症发生率。

Objective:To explore the application effect of systematic nursing intervention in nursing of patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 80 patients who underwent coronary intervention were selected as the study objects at Xuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2020 to February 2022,and divided into two groups with 40 patients in each group by random number table method.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received systematic nursing intervention.The level of disease self-cognition,mental state,quality of life and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the scores of disease cognition level and Seattle Angina Pectoris scale in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the scores of anxiety and depression and the total incidence of complications were lower than control group,the differences was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of systematic nursing in patients with coronary heart disease can improve the level of disease self-cognition,improve the psychological state,improve the quality of life,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
