风险管理在老年髋部骨折患者术后护理管理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Risk Management in Postoperative Nursing Management of Elderly Patients with Hip Fracture

目的:分析风险管理在老年髋部骨折患者护理管理中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月-2022年1月于玉溪市中医医院行手术治疗的老年髋部骨折患者70例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组,各35例。对照组采用常规护理干预,干预组采用风险管理干预。比较两组护理效果。结果:干预组护理总满意度,方案评价、细节评估、态度表达、病情管理评分以及健康调查简表各项评分高于对照组,不良事件总发生率,焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:风险管理在老年髋部骨折患者术后护理管理中的应用效果显著,能够提升患者护理满意度,减少不良事件,改善患者心理状态与生活质量,优化护理效果。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of risk management in nursing management of elderly patients with hip fracture.Methods:A total of 70 elderly patients with hip fracture who underwent surgical treatment in Yuxi Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups with 35 cases in each group according to the random number table method.The control group adopted conventional nursing intervention,and the intervention group adopted risk management intervention.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results:The total satisfaction with nursing,the scores of program evaluation,detail evaluation,attitude expression and disease management,as well as the scores of Short Form Health Survey in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group,the total incidence of adverse events and the scores of anxiety and depression in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of risk management in the postoperative nursing management of elderly patients with hip fracture is remarkable,which can improve patient's nursing satisfaction,reduce adverse events,ameliorate patients'psychological state and quality of life,and optimize nursing effect.
