基于岗位能力培养的项目化教学在高职基础护理技术教学中的应用效果

Application Effect of Project-Based Teaching Based on Job Ability Cultivation on Basic Nursing Technology Teaching in Vocational College

目的:探讨基于岗位能力培养的项目化教学在高职基础护理技术教学中的应用效果。方法:2022年2—6月选取某高职院校2021级护理专业学生89名作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为试验组(n=46)和对照组(n=43)。对照组采用传统教学,试验组采用基于岗位能力培养的项目化教学。比较两组基础护理技术知识掌握度以及岗位胜任力。结果:试验组理论知识与操作技能成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。试验组人格特质、临床护理能力、支持与人际沟通能力、评判性临床思维能力、专业建设与发展能力得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:基于岗位能力培养的项目化教学在高职基础护理技术教学中的应用效果显著,可提升学生理论知识和护理操作技能水平,提升其岗位胜任力。

Objective:To explore the application effect of project-based teaching based on job ability cultivation on basic nursing technology teaching in vocational college.Methods:From February to June 2022,89 students of grade 2021 nursing major in a vocational college were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into test group(n=46)and control group(n=43)according to random number table method.The control group adopted traditional teaching,and the test group adopted project-based teaching based on job ability cultivation.The mastery of basic nursing technology knowledge and job competency were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of theoretical knowledge and operational skills in the test group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The scores of personality trait,clinical nursing ability,support and interpersonal communication ability,critical thinking ability,professional construction and development abilities in the test group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The project-based teaching based on job ability cultivation has significant application effects on basic nursing teaching in vocational college,and can improve the students'theoretical knowledge and nursing operation skills,and enhance post competence.
