贵阳市基层医疗机构医生痴呆知识认知水平、态度现状及影响因素分析

The Status Quo and Influencing Factors of Dementia Knowledge Cognition and Attitude of Doctors in Primary Medical Institutions of Guiyang City

目的:调查贵阳市基层医疗机构医生痴呆知识认知水平与态度现状,分析其影响因素。方法:采用便利抽样法选取2019年11月-2020年4月贵阳市基层医疗机构的340名医生作为研究对象,均给予一般资料调查表、痴呆知识评估量表(DKAS)与痴呆态度量表(DAS)进行问卷调查,分析测试结果,总结贵阳市基层医疗机构医生痴呆知识认知水平与态度的影响因素。结果:基层医疗机构医生DKAS评分(34.98±5.51)分,DAS评分(71.98±11.97)分。受教育程度、痴呆接触史、痴呆知识培训史、痴呆知识了解途径是DKAS评分的独立影响因素,受教育程度、工作年限、痴呆接触史是DAS评分的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:基层医疗机构医生痴呆知识认知水平与态度不容乐观,受教育程度、痴呆接触史、痴呆知识培训史、痴呆知识了解途径、工作年限是其独立影响因素,需采取综合措施提高医生对痴呆相关知识的掌握情况,改变其对痴呆疾病的态度。

Objective:To investigate the status quo of dementia knowledge cognition and attitude of doctors in primary medical institutions in Guiyang City,and to analyze its influencing factors.Methods:A total of 340 doctors from primary medical institutions in Guiyang City from November 2019 to April 2020 were selected by convenience sampling method.All of them were surveyed with the general information questionnaire,Dementia Knowledge Assessment Scale(DKAS)and Dementia Attitude Scale(DAS),and the test results were analyzed,to summarize the influencing factors of dementia knowledge cognition level and attitude of doctors in primary medical institutions in Guiyang City.Results:DKAS score was(34.98±5.51),DAS score was(71.98±11.97).Education level,dementia exposure history,dementia knowledge training history and dementia knowledge understanding path were independent influencing factors of DKAS score,while education level,working years and dementia exposure history were independent influencing factors of DAS score(P<0.05).Conclusion:The cognition level and attitude of dementia knowledge of doctors in primary medical institutions are not optimistic,and the education level,dementia contact history,dementia knowledge training history,dementia knowledge understanding way and working years are independent influencing factors.Comprehensive measures should be taken to improve doctors'knowledge of dementia and change their attitude towards dementia.
