阿司匹林联合阿托伐他汀治疗高血压合并糖尿病的效果观察

Effect Observation of Aspirin Combined with Atorvastatin in Treatment of Hypertension with Diabetes

目的:分析阿司匹林联合阿托伐他汀治疗高血压合并糖尿病的效果。方法:选取2022年7月—2023年7月北华大学附属医院收治的90例高血压合并糖尿病患者作为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,各45例。对照组给予阿司匹林治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予阿托伐他汀治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、β细胞功能水平低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,两组胰岛素敏感性指数水平高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,两组高密度脂蛋白胆醇水平高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组收缩压、舒张压、内皮素-1水平低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,两组血管内皮生长因子、一氧化氮水平高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:阿司匹林联合阿托伐他汀治疗高血压合并糖尿病的效果显著,可降低患者血糖、血脂、血压水平,改善胰岛功能、血管内皮功能,且不会增加不良反应。

Objective:To analyze the effect of aspirin combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of hypertension complicated with diabetes.Methods:A total of 90 patients with hypertension and diabetes admitted to Beihua University Affiliated Hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with aspirin,and the study group was treated with atorvastatin on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin andβcell function levels in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group,while the levels of insulin sen‑sitivity index in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the levels in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of triglycerides,total choles‑terol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group,while the levels of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the levels in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and endothe‑lin-1 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the study group were lower than those in the con‑trol group,while the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor and nitric oxide in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the levels in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi‑cant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Aspirin combined with atorvastatin has a significant effect in the treatment of hypertension complicated with diabetes,and can reduce the blood glucose,blood lipid and blood pressure levels,improve the functions of pancreatic islets and vascular en‑dothelium,and will not increase adverse reactions.
