通元针法结合推拿治疗颈源性头痛的临床效果观察

Clinical Effect Observation of Tongyuan Acupuncture Combined with Massage in Treating Cervicogenic Headache

目的:探讨通元针法结合推拿治疗颈源性头痛的临床效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年5月广州开发区医院中医科治疗的60例颈源性头痛患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组采用推拿治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用通元针法治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:两组疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后1、2、4周,两组疼痛评分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组颈椎活动度评分表(ROM)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后1、2、4周,观察组ROM评分低于治疗前及对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组头痛伴随症状总积分(CEH)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1、2、4周,两组CEH低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通元针法结合推拿治疗颈源性头痛的效果显著,可减轻患者疼痛程度,促进血液循环,改善颈椎活动度。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Tongyuan acupuncture combined with massage in treatment of cervicogenic headache.Methods:A total of 60 patients with cervicogenic headache treated in Traditional Chinese Medicine Department of Guangzhou Development District Hospital from January 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with massage,and the observation group was treated with Tongyuan acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects were compared between two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in pain scores between the two groups(P>0.05);at 1,2 and 4 weeks after treatment,the pain scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the pain scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the cervical spine range of motion(ROM)score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);at 1,2 and 4 weeks after treatment,the ROM score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the total score of headache concomitant symptoms(CEH)between the two groups(P>0.05);at 1,2 and 4 weeks after treatment,the CEH in the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the CEH in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tongyuan acupuncture combined with massage is effective in the treatment of cervicogenic headache,and can relieve pain degree,promote blood circulation and improve cervical spine range of motion.
