自动免疫组化仪在基层医院病理科中的应用效果

摘要 目的:探讨自动免疫组化仪在基层医院病理科中的应用效果。方法:选取广东同江医院病理科在2022年1—12月期间进行免疫组化染色的12例患者的126份病理组织切片作为研究资料。选取常用的21种抗体检测,将同一抗体的3张切片分别采用手工免疫组化、Dako Link48自动免疫组化仪和百凌LYNX310自动免疫组化仪进行免疫组化染色。比较三种检测方式的检测时间及制片质量。结果:Dako Link48自动免疫组化仪、百凌LYNX310自动免疫组化仪检测时间短于手工免疫组化,Dako Link48自动免疫组化仪检测时间短于百凌LYNX310自动免疫组化仪,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Dako Link48自动免疫组化仪、百凌LYNX310自动免疫组化仪制片质量评分高于手工免疫组化,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自动免疫组化仪在基层医院病理科中的应用效果显著,可提高免疫组化效率及制片质量,为病理诊断提供可靠支撑。 Objective:To explore the application effect of automatic immunohistochemistry instrument in pathology department of grassroots hospitals.Methods:A total of 126 pathological tissue sections from 12 patients for immunohistochemical staining in Pa‑thology Department of Guangdong Tongjiang Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the research data.And 21 common antibodies were selected for testing,and 3 section of the same antibody were subject to immunohistochemical staining using manual immunohistochemistry,Dako Link48 automatic immunohistochemistry instrument,and Bailing LYNX310 automatic immunohistochemistry instrument.The detection time and section production quality of three detection methods were compared.Results:The detection time of Dako Link48 automatic immunohistochemistry instrument and Bailing LYNX310 auto‑matic immunohistochemistry instrument was shorter than that of the manual immunohistochemistry,the detection time of Dako Link48 automatic immunohistochemistry instrument was shorter than that of Bailing LYNX310 automatic immunohistochemistry instrument,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The section production quality score of Dako Link48 auto‑matic immunohistochemistry instrument and Bailing LYNX310 automatic immunohistochemistry instrument was high than that of the manual immunohistochemistry,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of automatic immunohistochemistry instrument in pathology department of grassroots hospitals is significant,which improve the im‑munohistochemistry efficiency and the section production quality,and provide reliable support for pathology diagnosis.
