快速康复外科理念在小儿阑尾切除术护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Enhanced Recovery After Surgery Concept in Nursing of Appendectomy in Child

目的:探讨快速康复外科理念在小儿阑尾切除术护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年7月—2023年7月济宁市金乡县人民医院收治的200例急性阑尾炎患儿作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为两组,各100例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用快速康复外科理念护理。比较两组术后恢复指标、疼痛情况、并发症发生情况及家属护理满意度。结果:观察组术后排气时间、术后排便时间、术后下床活动时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。术后3 h,两组疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后6、12、24 h,两组疼痛评分低于术后3 h,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.030)。观察组家属护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.010)。结论:速康复外科理念在小儿阑尾切除术护理中的应用效果显著,可促进术后康复,减轻术后疼痛,降低并发症发生风险,提升护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the application effect of the enhanced recovery after surgery concept in the nursing of appendec‑tomy in children.Methods:A total of 200 children with acute appendicitis treated in Jin Xiang People's Hospital of Jining City from July 2020 to July 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group adopted routine nursing,and the observation group adopted the con‑cept of enhanced recovery after surgery.The postoperative recovery index,pain,complications and family satisfaction with nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:The postoperative exhaust time,postoperative defecation time,postoperative am‑bulation time,and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were sta‑tistically significant(P<0.001).There was no significant difference in pain scores between the two groups at 3 h after surgery(P>0.05);at 6,12 and 24 h after surgery,the pain scores in the two groups were lower than those at 3 h after surgery,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.030).The family satisfaction with nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.010).Conclusion:The enhanced recovery after surgery concept has remarkable application effects in the nursing of appendectomy in children,and can promote postoperative rehabilitation,alleviate postopera‑tive pain,reduce the risk of complications,and improve nursing satisfaction.
