精细化护理管理在急诊心脏创伤性瓣膜置换术麻醉护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Refined Nursing Management in Anesthesia Nursing for Emergency Cardiac Traumatic Valve Replacement Surgery

目的:分析精细化护理管理在急诊心脏创伤性瓣膜置换术麻醉护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年1月—2023年1月于南京医科大学附属南京医院接受心脏创伤性瓣膜置换术的78例患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各39例。对照组采用常规急诊麻醉护理管理,观察组采用精细化麻醉护理管理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组术后拔管时间、定向力恢复时间、自主呼吸恢复时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组苏醒期躁动等级低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.012)。观察组护理交接时间短于对照组,护理差错事件少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:精细化护理管理在急诊心脏创伤性瓣膜置换术麻醉护理中的应用效果显著,可缩短患者术后苏醒时间,改善麻醉苏醒期躁动情况,提升护理效率和护理质量。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of refined nursing management in anesthesia nursing of emergency cardiac traumatic valve replacement surgery.Methods:A total of 78 patients receiving cardiac traumatic valve replacement surgery in Nan‑jing First Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from January 2019 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 39 patients in each group.The control group received rou‑tine emergency anesthesia nursing management and the observation group received refined anesthesia nursing management.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The postoperative extubation time,orientation recovery time and sponta‑neous breathing recovery time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statis‑tically significant(P<0.05).The level of agitation during the awakening period in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.012).The nursing handover time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the nursing error events in the observation group were less than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Refined nursing management in the anesthesia nursing of emergency cardiac traumatic valve replacement surgery has remarkable application effects,and can shorten the postoperative re‑covery time of patients,improve the agitation during anesthesia recovery,improve nursing efficiency and nursing quality.
