手术室工作人员手机使用习惯、手与手机带菌状况及手卫生消毒效果分析

摘要 目的:了解手术室工作人员手机使用习惯、手与手机带菌状况及手卫生消毒效果。方法:选取2020年10月—2021年6月江西省中西医结合医院手术室内69名工作人员作为调查对象。采用问卷调查手术室工作人员手机使用习惯,检测消毒前后手和手机表面带菌情况。结果:手术室<35岁工作人员使用手机前消毒占比高于≥35岁工作人员,手术室非医生工作人员使用手机前消毒、手术室工作中使用手机占比高于医生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。消毒后,手部表面细菌菌落数少于消毒前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。69名手术室工作人员手卫生消毒后,细菌清除率为35.70%~100.00%,平均清除率为85.25%。消毒后,手机表面细菌菌落数少于消毒前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。69名手术室工作人员手机表面消毒后,细菌清除率为89.23%~92.12%,平均清除率为90.12%。结论:年龄、职业是使用手机前消毒的影响因素,职业是手术室工作中使用手机的影响因素,消毒可降低手术室工作人员手和手机带菌率。 Objective:To understand the usage habits of mobile phones,microbial contamination status of hands and mobile phones,and hand hygiene disinfection effect among operating room staff.Methods:From October 2020 to June 2021,a total of 69 operating room staff of Jiangxi Province Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital were selected as the survey subjects.A questionnaire survey was performed on mobile phone usage habits among operating room staff.The microbial contami‑nation status on the surface of hands and mobile phones before and after disinfection was detected.Results:The proportion of dis‑infection before the use of mobile phones among operating room staff aged<35 years was higher than that aged≥35 years,and the proportion of disinfection before the use of mobile phones among operating room non-doctor staff and the use of mobile phones during work in operating room was higher than that of doctors,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After disinfec‑tion,the number of bacterial colonies on the surface of hands was less than that before disinfection,and the difference was statisti‑cally significant(P<0.001).After hand hygiene disinfection among 69 operating room staff,the bacterial clearance rate was 35.70%-100.00%,and the average clearance rate was 85.25%.After disinfection,the number of bacterial colonies on the surface of mobile phones was less than that before disinfection,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After disinfection of the mobile phone surface among 69 operating room staff,the bacterial clearance rate was 89.23%-92.12%,and the average clearance rate was 90.12%.Conclusion:Age and occupation are the influencing factors of disinfection before using mobile phones,and occupation is the influencing factors of using mobile phones in operating room work.Disinfection can reduce the rate of micro‑bial contamination of hands and mobile phones among operating room staff.
