羟糖甘滴眼液联合重组人表皮生长因子滴眼液治疗干眼症的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Hypromellose 2910,Dextran 70 and Glycerol Eye Drops Combined with Recombinant Human Epidermal Growth Factor Eye Drops in Treatment of Xerophthalmia

目的:分析羟糖甘滴眼液联合重组人表皮生长因子滴眼液治疗干眼症的效果。方法:选取2022年2月—2023年5月徐州市铜山区中医院收治的干眼症患者92例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为两组,各46例。对照组给予羟糖甘滴眼液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予重组人表皮生长因子滴眼液治疗。比较两组治疗效果、临床检查结果、泪液细胞炎性因子水平。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.013)。治疗后,观察组泪膜破裂时间、泪液分泌试验长于对照组,角膜荧光素染色评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。治疗后,观察组白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-1β、细胞间黏附分子-1水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:羟糖甘滴眼液联合重组人表皮生长因子滴眼液治疗干眼症的效果显著,可改善患者泪膜稳定性及角膜缺损程度,增加泪液分泌量,降低泪液细胞炎性因子水平。

Objective:To analyze the effect of hypromellose 2910,dextran 70 and glycerol eye drops combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor eye drops in treatment of xerophthalmia.Methods:A total of 92 patients with xerophthalmia admitted to Xuzhou Tongshan District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups with 46 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group was treated with hypromellose 2910,dextran 70 and glycerol eye drops,and the observation group was treated with recombinant human epidermal growth factor eye drops on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,clinical examination results,and tear cell inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.013).After treatment,the tear film break-up time and tear secretion test in the observation group were longer than those in the control group,and the corneal fluorescein staining score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-1βand intercellular adhesion molecule-1 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Hypromellose 2910,dextran 70 and glycerol eye drops combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor eye drops have a significant effect in the treatment of xerophthalmia,and can improve the stability of tear film and the degree of corneal defect,increase the amount of tear secretion,and reduce the level of tear cell inflammatory factors.
