缩宫素鼻喷雾剂在药物流产中的应用效果观察

Application Effect Observation of Oxytocin Nasal Spray in Medical Abortion

目的:探讨缩宫素鼻喷雾剂在药物流产中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年8月-2021年8月于聊城市东昌府区妇幼保健院实施药物流产的孕妇200例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各100例。两组均应用米非司酮联合米索前列醇进行药物流产,对照组给予肌内注射缩宫素,试验组给予缩宫素鼻喷雾剂喷鼻。比较两组完全流产率、阴道出血量、孕囊排出时间、阴道出血时间、子宫内膜厚度及月经复潮时间。结果:试验组完全流产率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.048)。试验组阴道出血量少于对照组,孕囊排出时间、阴道出血时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。流产后1周、2周,试验组子宫内膜厚度均大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组月经复潮时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:缩宫素鼻喷雾剂在药物流产中的应用效果显著,能够提高完全流产率,减少阴道出血量,缩短孕囊排出时间、阴道出血时间及月经复潮时间,增加子宫内膜厚度,值得临床应用。

Objective:To investigate the application effect of oxytocin nasal spray in medical abortion.Methods:A total of 200 pregnant women who underwent medical abortion in Liaocheng Dongchangfu District Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from August 2019 to August 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with mifepristone combined with misoprostol for medical abortion.The control group was given intramuscular injection of oxytocin.The experimental group was given oxytocin nasal spray.The complete abortion rate,vaginal bleeding volume,gestational sac discharge time,vaginal bleeding time,endometrial thickness and menstrual resumption time of the two groups were compared.Results:The complete abortion rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.048).The vaginal bleeding volume in the experimental group was less than that in the control group,and the gestational sac discharge time and vaginal bleeding time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The endometrial thickness at 1 and 2 weeks after abortion in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The menstrual resumption time in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Oxytocin nasal spray has a significant application effect in medical abortion,and can increase the complete abortion rate,reduce the vaginal bleeding volume,shorten the gestational sac discharge time,vaginal bleeding time and menstrual resumption time,and increase the endometrial thickness,which is worthy of clinical application.
